About
Angeline Dalmau
I provide therapy for people who are exhausted from overthinking, masking, holding everything together, and feeling like they are never quite "enough." My work focuses on supporting adults experiencing anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, emotional overwhelm, and challenges related to ADHD, autism, and neurodivergence. I have a particular interest in working with women navigating late diagnosis, chronic masking, identity shifts, and the emotional and cognitive changes that can emerge during perimenopause.
My Approach
Collaborative. Compassionate. Practical.
I value clear communication, cultural safety, and creating a therapeutic environment that is respectful, inclusive, and supportive of each person’s unique experiences and needs.
Therapy is tailored to your individual needs and experiences.
Depending on your goals, sessions may draw from:
CBT
Understanding thoughts, emotions, and behaviours
ACT
Building psychological flexibility and values-based action
Psychoeducation
Understanding how your mind and nervous system work
Neuroaffirming Practice
Supporting neurodivergent experiences without pathologising them
